You can phone reception on Auckland 09 488 0208 and speak to us directly or leave a message and we will contact you ASAP after we have received your message. Please leave all your contact phone numbers clearly as well as your email address so we can send you the relevant new client forms.

On making a new booking you will be contacted and sent out via email (or post if no email) several questionnaires which need to be filled out and brought with you (please DO NOT post back to us) so that David can correctly and completely assess you to reach you health & wellness goals sooner & faster at the first consultation.

New Appointments with David Holden take 90 mins unless previously discussed and include a Hemaview Live Blood Analysis unless not requested.

If you have specific requests for the consult please discuss these at the beginning of the consult.

Repeat appointments are usually 1 hour unless you have a specific issue in which case 30 mins may be all that is required for update tests, etc.
